Emotional and relationship challenges sometimes seem overwhelming. But personal problems are as treatable as any other health concern if you know where to turn. Our telephone counselors problem-solve and recommend options to help members with personal issues of any size.
Counselors work with a multitude of issues including:

· Depression, anxiety or stress
· Conflicts at work or home
· Reliance on alcohol, drugs, tobacco or food
· Sexual, physical or emotional abuse
· Loss and grief
· Change and transition

Members receive free emergency telephone counseling services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When appropriate, members are referred to local licensed counselors in their own community.

· Free Telephone problem-solving services.

· Services are confidential and will not jeopardize employment.

· Counselors follow up and monitor progress until the member is satisfied.

· If ongoing therapy is needed, the member is given referrals to New Life Clinics or other professionals or reputable outside resources. Members will receive a 40% discount upon payment at time service is performed.
