Enroll here in the Health Plus Network health care discount program. Health Plus is not insurance but does offer discounts on prescriptions and other health related expenses. By showing your identification card at the service provider, you become eligible for the discounts, on the spot. If you decide to enroll on the Internet, your personal data is encrypted and cannot be viewed by those not authorized. You can also enroll by calling us at (866) 467-8209.

By clicking on the Enroll Now link below, you will be asked to enter information about the primary member You will also be able to add 5 dependent members. If you need to add more dependent members now or at a later date, you can do so by calling us or sending an email. You can decide to pay by credit card, bank draft or pay the annual price by either method. For a limited time, the anual price is $379.40 per year per membership (for the entire household). That's a saving of $100.

After completing our enrollment, we will process your information. You will receive two identification cards and a welcome kit sent to the Primary Member's address. Be sure to review all the information entered before you click the "Process" button at the end and we look forward to welcoming you to the Health Plus Network.
